Each batch begins with plump, vibrant cherries soaked in smooth, full-bodied brandy for several weeks, allowing every cherry to absorb the warm, aromatic depth of the spirit.

Once perfectly infused, each cherry is carefully wrapped in a silky fondant. During the finishing process, the fondant gently melts and blends with the cherry-brandy juices, creating a luscious, liquid-centered cordial encased in our rich chocolate coverture.
