At The Chocolate Shoppe, product quality is our top priority. Because our items are sensitive to temperature, we carefully schedule shipments to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Shipping Schedule

• Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid packages sitting in transit or in a sorting center over the weekend.
• We may discretionarily ship on Thursdays for regional orders that have a shipping address within a few hours of our location.

Temperature Protection

• All orders are shipped with ice packs to help maintain product integrity during transit.
• For warmer climates or added peace of mind, additional ice packs are available for purchase.

Why This Matters
Chocolate, baked goods, and fruit are highly sensitive to heat. Our shipping schedule and packaging are designed to minimize the risk of melting and ensure your order arrives fresh and intact.
